There is one required text per week which all students must read and be ready to recite on.

A student may only be called once per week, however, to answer questions regarding this

text. At the start of the semester, students will be asked to select a supplementary text

which they will recite on when that text is up for discussion following the course schedule.

However, members of the class are also invited to read the supplementary materials to

make the discussion more engaging.
