development and management of the Complex of Port
of Açu. We offer our clients efficient solutions while
focusing on safety and excellency. With unique

MULTICARGO TERMINAL (T-MULT)
• Terminal without waiting time to berth
• Handles pet coke, bauxite, gypsum, coal, general and
project cargo
• 656,000 tons of cargo handled in 2018, topping the
amount handled in 2017
• Private terminal cuts red tape and optimizes costs

INFRAESTRUCTURE BEING BUILT
Estação Açu
Initial area of 4,000 m² (2,000 m² of leasable area), Estação Açu
offers commercial offices as from 30m². This complex will offer
support services for all Complex of Port of Açu’s community
including restaurants, facilities, conveniences, health care support
and will also function as a platform for service providers with
office and coworking spaces.
Açu Heliport
Port of Açu has signed a contract with Aeropart to develop a
heliport with 20 helicopter parking slots to support the offshore
rigs, hangars, passenger terminal and landing strips over an area
of 210.000 m².
INFRAESTRUCTURE IN PROJECT
Over a 210.000 m² land plot, Açu
CondLog project offers stockyards and
warehouses and provides modular and
spot infrastructure in a strategic location
at Complex of Port of Açu, with shared
and pay-per-use services. The goal is to
bring suppliers closer to the terminal
operations, reducing costs for both sides.
The truck sorting terminal is a
project to optimize access lines to
the terminals and also to offer
support infrastructure for the truck
drivers’ activities. The project offers
fuel supply, a convenience area and
general services.

Export Processing Zones are free-trade areas focused on the export market, with distinct tax, foreign exchange and administrative frameworks.
