    FUTURE

    EDUCATION

  • Sept 2008 - March 2009WHAT ARCHITECTURE, Architecture Office in London, EnglandDuring my second time in London, i gained a lot of exprerience in combining creative ideas with functional requirements. For a School in London, the kids were involved in buil-ding their facade out of Lego. Designing, finding solutions, organising and researching/dealing with clients in a different language was part of my duty.

June 2006 - May 2007Haipl & Haumer, Architecture, Interiour Desing, Vienna, AustriaAs part of the team, I dealt with the design development of a single family house through physical models and CAD drawing. I went through a similar process for the interior design of a Viennese office. During site visits, I gained useful experiences in project practice, dealing with clients and project management.

2004-2005 Au-pair, London,Weybridge/ EnglandI was part of two different familiys looking after their three children. My work with kids taught me responsibility and flexibility. Apart from carring for them, I took over the organi-sation of daily activitys and rituals.

    MPLOYMENT

Being able to express myself in a variety of artistic media is important for me, whatever feels appropriate, be it photography, painting, graphic design and of course architecture. Futhermore, i find great pleasure in desinging and realising interior design for friends and myself. But my greatest joy i find in old and found object i can inhale new live with upcycling them to a new function.

Sport is a good balance alongside my artistic endeavors. As a teenager beeing an athelte in the competitive sport Rhytmic Sport Gymnastik, traveling around Europe and making bronze in the national Austrian championships, taught me how to set my own goals, then reach and fight for them.

Since my first bigger experience in a different country at the age of 16, my interesst in different cultures and languages was cultivated and has not stopped growing since. Fur-thermore it opened my horizont for all kind of views and made it possible for me to start understanding things i might have undervalued or never actually seen as important.INTERESTS

  • The computerscript is looping trough each surface and cuts out a hole with round edges to give each panel a cons-tant structual frame. Each panel is then smashed parallel on the c-plane and ad-ded a connecting strap on each side with an oncounting number for later connec-tion. Finally the straps are strappeled to-gether with a usual stapler.

  • Onyx is based on the idea to bring the conditioned feeling we connect to our breakfast-ritual every day to an object, a form that represents the idea of an important moment. In or-der to bring life to a still object, onyx was inspired by the eruptions of wind and water that shapes a stone. The objects are chosen to enhance exchange on the table and acting like a centerpiece of the ritual. In-uenced by the functional require-ments of each item, their haptic form evolves by the users interaction with the objects and increases com-munication between one another.
