Given was one A4 paper, it was only allowed to make 3 cuts but as many foldings as wanted .The cuts were made so, that two stripes were formed.These stripes were folded often, every second fold in the same direction.The stripes were positioned that they form curves like arches.

The arches look like they are forming a hall and an open area around it.It could be a hall for events like mu-sicals.So the name came from the inspira-tion and the look of a hall.

It was given a base body, which was to morph, cut, fold and multiply to design a bus stop with a waiting area and info.I chose the base body of a ashlar and doubled it, but took a smaller ashlar. Both were morphed so that they are bevel.The big ashlar was cutted and the rest was so folded to the inside that the cutted of pieces were forming a bench and a bar.The small ashlar was only cutted twice and pushed into the big one, an entrance with an info board was formed.The inspiration for the name green stop came from the german sign for a bus stop, which is green.

Der Primärkörper:Ein Hohler Quader,

perspektivisch dargestellt.

Die Bushaltestelle beinhalted den Ausgangskörper eines Quaders.Durch Schneiden und Falten enstanden zwei ineinander gesetzte Würfel, die die Außenhülle ergeben. Die Überschneidung bildet den Eingang.Die in den Boden ragenden teile wurden als Bar und Sitzmöglichkeit in den Innenraum gefaltet.Durch die farbe des Bushalteschildes entwickelte sich die Gebäudefarbe und dessen Name.

Map of site M 1:1000Minimum and Maximum, that was the to-pic in planning for the 4. semester.What one should plan was left to oneself,so my draft was to put on top of a privat function a social function, which is overwhelming the privat function.

A tower building of 21 floors, which is planned at a old co-generation power station, with privat flats was the perfekt base for the privat f u n c t i o n .on top of it, I decided to build a studio,exhibtion and flats for artists. A place which is open for everyone, a social place.

Gas Station

A gas station is normally a place where you don‘t want to spend a long time. It was asked to pick a gas station in Munich which we don‘t like and plan a new one at the same place.I Picked a gas station in the center, which is very small and does not attract attention. So my plan was to build something which is at the same higth as the build-ings surrounding it, something which attracs attention, also while driving past at the main street.Something special.As to this site also belongs a second building, seper-ated by the drive for the underground parking, I decided to plan two build-ings which are bound to-gether.

Ideeenentwicklung Ziel war es eine dynamische Form zu entwickeln. Dies kam zustande durch die abwechelnden Flächen der Fassade.Der Baukörper sollte die Materialien eines Autos (Glas, Metall) wiederspiegeln. Die grüne Tankstellen Überdachung leuchtet komplett und zieht die Aufmerksamkeit auf sich. Die Farbe grün wurde gewählt da sie an die Natur erinnert und Benzin ein Rohstoff gewonnen aus der Natur ist.

Die einzelnen Abstandsmaße zur Wand/Boden sind den DIN Vorgabenangepasst.

Es sind zwei Handlauf angebracht diesich vom Waschbecken aus bis in dieDusche ziehen. Dieser dient alsHandtuchhalter und Abstützmöglichkeit.Die Toilette ist in die Bank integriert undschafft eine Sitzmöglichkeit in derDusche und ist ebenso eineAbstützmöglichkeit.

Die Dusche wird bodengleich und mitrutschfestem Boden (Drehscheibe)ausgeführt.

Die Materialien sind einschlammfarbener (erdige Tönevermitteln Festigkeit) Naturstein für denBoden, Nußbaum Holz (wasserfestausgeführt) für Waschbecken und Bankund ein grauer Naturstein alsWandbelag.

Simple Turn ist ein drehbares Elementan dem sich Dusche, Toi let te,W a s c h b e c k e n , B a n k ,Abstützmöglichkeiten etc. befinden.Dieses Element befindet sich auf einerDrehscheibe, die man sowohl voneiner beliebigen Wand aus durchSchalter oder am Element selbstdurch Schalter an der Wand ( oderauch Boden , f r e i wäh lba r ) i nBewegung setzten kann. Dies bietetden Vorteil, dass das Element flexibelund Platz sparend ist. Man vermeidetzusätzliche Wege, die im Alter schwerfallen, durch das Drehen.Simple Turn ist beliebig einsetzbar undganz einfach zu drehen und bedienen,wie der Name schon verrät.

Anischten der verschiedenen Seiten

In der Wand befinden sich kleineNischen und ein Durchburch die alsAblage dienen. In diesen befinden sichS p o t s m i t g r ü n e m L i c h t , d i eunabhängig vom normalen Licht sindund somit in der Nacht Orientierungschaffen, jedoch nicht zu grell sind.

Von dem Waschbecken herab läuft einHolzband, welches als Bank dient undum die Ecke bis in die Dusche reicht.

Simple turn was developed ac-cording to an old persons needs in a bathroom: sit down every now and then, have something to hold on, dont walk to long distances from one point and another, light effects so you can even see at night perfectly.The turn works through a contac-tor on the floor, and through its underconstruc-tion with all the electric constel-lations, the other side of the ba-throom is just one simple turn away.

Materials were kept natural.

Restoration of a Dormitory

The building to restorate is from 1968. The rooms for the students are very small: 2,40 x 5 meters.

The noise abatement should be hold in respect especially in the north be-cause of the street.On the south side a sunblind would be very advantageous.On the left are two pictures of the asset of the building (north and south).

First model...The first idea was to put two rooms on the outside together trough two sli-ding blindes and a frame around it (left picture).

It looked like that behind one frame is one room, which is not right, so it was changed and now its only one window and one sli-ding door in one frame.

Below is shown the new configuration of the faca-de. Now it shows of what there is behind, one room behind one frame.But the sliding blindes are not very advantageous in copper as it was first pl-anned, because copper is heating up very quickly.Therefore they were changed into painted

The two fronts of north and south are wanted to be different, so sliding blindes are only on the south side as in the north you don‘t need it.

Behind the long glaswindows are the common rooms, which are shown to the outside by bringing them out in glas cubes of the front.

A Housing estate to feel comfortable in. Apartment cubes in natural kept materials seem to grow out of the open space. Those spaces are offering a unique living experience.

The constellation allows views through and doesn‘t take away tom much view from the residents of the existing building.In place of the old garages there was an attractive Living space planned , which is creating a natural surround-ing through materials like stone, wood and a huge green area.

Public institutions like a coffee shop, apthecary, super market, kindergarten, assisted living etc. are located in the ground floor .A connection to the Viktoriaplatz was created.

Through the design the following details were achieved:
