Aarong

In the 1970s, BRAC was examining any and all possibilities for alternative forms of productive livelihood, especially for women, and the proper commercialization of arts and crafts turned out to be a promising option. During the late 1970s and early 1980s, BRAC focused on developing Aarong’s product lines and production capabilities. , Aarong opened four retail outlets and began exporting a small percentage of goods to fair-trade organizations during the 1980s. By the mid to late 1980s Aarong began to emerge as a fashion brand despite the fact that Bangladesh was still new to the fashion industry.

Aarong was the first brand to start organising photo shoots along with fashion shows, exhibitions and other forms of media-focused events. By the early 1990s, Aarong became the leading fashion house in Bangladesh Between 2001 and 2004, the company was restructured to improve everything from costing, pricing, design and marketing to new product introductions and brand innovations. In 2004, its sales totalled almost USD 14 million. . In 2013, Aarong had crossed USD 50 million in sales.

Walton

WALTON Group of Industries was founded by S.M Nurul Alam Rezvi in 1977 as a trading company. Walton entered into the steel industry in late 1970s and the electronics and automobiles in early 2000s. Walton is one of the highest taxpayers in Bangladesh and has a strong impact on the country's economy. Walton has received the Best Taxpayer Award at the just-concluded Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) 2015 for the seventh time. It was awarded for its export revenues. Walton Motors, produced by Walton Group was established in 1977. Walton is the first motorcycle manufacturer of Bangladesh with different models of 80cc to 150cc motorcycle.

LuxThe brand was founded by the Lever Brothers in 1899 and now known as Unilever. The name changed from “Sunlight Flakes” to “Lux” in 1900, a Latin word for “light” and suggestive of “luxury.”Lux toilet soap was launched in the United States in 1925 and in the United Kingdom in 1928. Coca cola

Coca-Cola (often referred to simply as Coke) is a carbonated soft drink produced by The Coca-Cola Company. It was invented in the late 19th century by John Pemberton and was bought out by businessman Asa Griggs Candler. The drink's name refers to two of its original ingredients, which were kola nuts (a source of caffeine) and coca leaves. The current formula of Coca-Cola remains a trade secret.

In 2013, Coke products were sold in over 200 countries worldwide, with consumers downing more than 1.8 billion company beverage servings each day.
