The Pool & Spa Construction Course (PSCC) is for novice and experienced builders who need to know more about building quality pools and spas; and for experienced pool contractors who want to enhance their technical expertise and build more challenging pools. The course takes you through the APSP Builders Manual and gives you key information to conform to industry standards. This course is an excellent preparation for the CBP Certified Building Professional® exam (offered Wednesday), for those who are qualified.

The Certified Service Technician® Course is for individuals with at least two years of experience in pools and spa service and repair. Participants will explore key concepts and best practices outlined in the APSP Service Tech Manual with a focus on hydraulics, water quality, and troubleshooting and repair. Upon completion of this course, you will be eligible to take the CST exam (offered Wednesday). This course is also highly recommended for qualified individuals who are interested in preparing to take the Certified Service Professional® Exam (offered Wednesday).

Certified Hot Tub Technician® CourseMonday, November 3 - Tuesday, November 4 | 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Instructors: John Schaedler, Aqua Quip, Brooks Holcomb, CSP, CHTT, Memphis Pool Supply

The Certified Hot Tub Technician® designation shows your customers that you’ve got the technical training to troubleshoot portable hot tub problems and get them back among the bubbles, fast! The course activities will focus on the specialized and unique needs of technicians who service and repair different makes and models of portable hot tubs. The course is taught by experienced technicians who can explain the manual content, field your questions, and spark discussion among program participants. The course takes you through the APSP Hot Tub Technician Manual, which focuses on key topics, including hot tub installation, structures and finishes, service and maintenance, water chemistry, seasonal care and troubleshooting upon completion of the course, you will be eligible to take the CHTT exam (offered Wednesday).

The Train the Trainer program is designed to help you train people—both employees in your workplace, and when you’re conducting training activities in other environments.
