Before you enter our pool, please remember: All persons 14 years of age and younger w ill be swim tested, evaluated and given a color coded

band t o wearbefore entering t he wat er. Those who refuse or who are unable to be t est ed will receivea red band.

All persons 14 years of age and younger must wear color coded wrist bands at all times they are in or aroundt he pool area. Those not complying will be asked to leave.

Must wear a bathing suit to be in the pool. No st reet shoes allowed on pool deck. All children under t he age of 9 must be within arms length of an act ively. responsible adult 18 yrs. or older.

Shower before entering t he pool. Only proper fitting Coast Guard Approved Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs) are allowed in the pool.

The YMCA is not responsible f or providing PFDs.

Swim Time

Open Swim Blow up f lot ation devices are prohibited. Aquatics toys and balls are welcome.Family Swim Parent or guardian must be in pool wi th all par t icipant s under t he age of 18 . Aquat ics t oys and ballsare welcome.

Toddler Time Open t o everyone, non-members pay $5 per child t o at t end. Play time fo r children ages infant t o 5years. Age appropriat e water t oys made available. A splash of fun f or parent and child!

Quiet Family Swim Families wit h young children are encouraged to att end. Parent or guardian must be in pool wi t hall participant s under t he age of 1 8.Member Only Swim-must be a current member to attend, guests and Day Pass Swimmers must use Open Swim or Fam-

ily Swim. Current Membership card required and may be asked to be seen by aquatics staff. Adult Tranquilit y Swim light s dimmed, soot hing music, adult s 18 years or o lder only.

Wat er Fit ness ClassesMust be 14 yrs of age or older t o part icipate in our Water Fit ness Classes. May not be in t he pool during a Water Fit -ness Class unless you are act ively part icipat ing in t he class. Please respect our i nst ructors, members and guest s and

keep disruptive behavior, such as talking, to a minimum during class.

Power Wat er Workout - This high energy class improves aerobic conditioning and to t al body fit ness. Participant sshould be comfort able in bot h deep and shallow wat er.

Exercise Swim- Open t o anyone 14 yrs of age or older f or independent pool exercise.Water Wellness Mild wat er exercise at your own pace. Instr uctor on sit e to help you reach your goal.Water Walking Very low impact walking and st retching at your own pace. Instruct or on sit e to help you reach your

goal.Lat in Splash- Come join t he pool part y! This class will i ncorporat e movements of Salsa, merengue, cumbia, and reg-gaeton in t he wat er!
