Plug and Cable Assemblies
Scully plugs are made of heavy dutymolded polyurethane with stainless steelcontacts. The fuel resistant cables areavailable in 30' coiled or 20' straightstyles. Scully plugs and cables are theproduct of years of industry experienceand offer durable, efficient operation.They are designed for use only with theintrinsically safe output circuits of ScullysST-35, ST-15 and Intellitrol.
Scully Plugs and Cables are used toconnect the Scully loading rack controlmonitor to the vehicle mounted socket.The plugs and cables are the pathwayfor the control unit/sensor signals whichmonitor the status of overfill prevention,electro-static grounding and vehicleidentification during loading operations.
Extremely rugged design which canwithstand harsh environments andmishandling.
Non-removable socket locator pins fit-ted directly into the plug housing.
Permanent socket locator pins thatwon't loosen or back out.
Internal cable retention clamp to pre-vent cable pull-out or twisting.
Molded glass-reinforced, polycarbonatecontact block with positive locator key-ways for easy disassembly and/or re-assembly.
Molded arrow on plug housing for easyvisual alignment with socket.
Stainless steel electrical contact, springloaded to insure proper contact with thetruck socket pins.
Virtually indestructible polyurethaneplug shell, color coded to match Scullytruck sockets.
Compression strain relief spring pre-vents the cable from bending orcrimping.
Heavy-duty petroleum resistant cablewith higher visibility and cold weatherflexibility.
