The Jurema Group started its activities in 1980 with a focus on flexible plastic packaging, serving product and service companies in various segments. 40 years in the market, it is located in the city of Carapicuíba, in its own building, in an area of approximately 5.000 m². Is the pionner in the development of packaging with zip closure and advanced packaging solutions for the export of foods products.

Concerned about the current pandemic situation and the high degree of

contagion of the new Corona Virus (Covid-19), the Plásticos Jurema has

developed a new product that meets the guidelines of the ministry of

health, to add to the safety of health professionals and also patients in

hospitals, preventing contamination.

closure package expresses it concern to innovate, to always offer the best. Its product

EMBOSSED COILS

The embossed coil of Plásticos Jurema is ideal for rubber isolation and separation

of layers (Tire and other), in the production process in the automotive industry. Are

polyethlene coils with texture: Embossed trunk-pyramidal, pyramidal e diamond.

Supplied with a width of up to 1,70 meters, in different colors and thicknesses,

according to customer’s specification. This range of choices allows the customer to have quality material adjusted to their expectations.

MAIN CLIENTS

PRODUCTIVE CAPACITY

The Plásticos Jurema has 5 manufacturing processes available in its factory track. They are: Extrusion, Printing, Embossing, Rewinding, Finishing. With own building of 4970 m², presents a well defined lay-out, wich ensures agility and flexibility to the production process. We have specialized professionals and advanced technology equipment to deliver quality and reliability to our customers. The total production capacity is around 500 tons per month, the main raw material in the process being Polyetylene.

EXTRUSION

The extrusion sector has 4 extruders, 1 coextruder, 2 monolayers and 1 oriented to the production of ZIP closure. The production capacity is 500 Ton/Month.

PRINTING

The Printing sector has 2 printers. One prints up to 4 colors, while the other prints up to 6 colors. The Printing capacity is 250 Ton/Month.

EMBOSSER

The embosser sector has 2 embossers. The objectives of the process is to add a differentiated texture to the plastic for application during the manufacture of rubber. Embossing production capacity is 150 Ton/Month.

REWINDER

The rewinder sector has 2 rewinders. The purpose of the process is to reel coils to meet customer specifications, such as width and/or opening. The production capacity is 100 Ton/Month.

FINISHING

The finishing sector has 6 cutting and welding machines. It is in this process that the coils are transformed into bags. The production capacity is 200 Ton/Month.

EXPEDITION

The expedition sector has ample physical space, with a handling capacity and storage of 600 Ton of material. There are also the availability of 2 own trucks for delivery in São Paulo.
