How does it work?The East Hampshire Leisure Card is a partnership between Everyone Active and East Hampshire District Council that applies a discount to activities on site for those that are in receipt of certain benefits, and live in the East Hampshire District. The card is free of charge.

Which leisure centres are offering the discount?• Alton Sports Centre• Taro Leisure Centre• Mill Chase Leisure Centre

If eligible for the scheme, you will receive 20% off the standard price of the following activities:• Casual gym sessions (not fitness memberships)• Swimming sessions• Court bookings for squash and badminton• Advanced court bookings

Terms and Conditions1. You must bring your Everyone Active card to the centre to receive the discounted rate. If you don’t have your card, you will be charged full price. 2. The card is valid for 12 months. The expiry date will be 12 months from when you are set up. You can re-apply but would need to bring updated documentation to show you are eligible. 3. The card can only be used by the person whose name appears on it. 4. The card remains the property of the issuing leisure centre.

You will be eligible if you receive any of the following:• Income Support • Job Seekers Allowance• Pension Credit • Housing benefit• Universal Credit • Council Tax Benefit• Employment Support Allowance • Disability Allowance

If you receive:Working tax credit and child tax credit and NHS tax credit exemption certificate, you must provide an award notice from HM Revenue & Customs dated within last 12 months and in-date NHS Tax Credit Exemption Certificate.

If you are a full-time student aged 18 or over you must provide a letter from your college or university confirming full-time attendance. Student ID / NUS cards will not be accepted as proof.

How do I enrol on the scheme?Fill out the application form overleaf and pop into reception at your nearest leisure centre, with any of the above documentation. You will be given an Everyone Active card. Every time you come to site, bring your card and you will get the discount applied.
