If you are planning on attending the Commencement Ceremony and haven’t done so already, you need to: • 1. Order your gown (you must be wearing a gown to be in the

ceremony) – done through the online form 2. Pick up your two complimentary tickets for your guests – see Mr.

Wong. • • The deadline to do this is Friday, May 18, 2018. Gowns need to be ordered by this date and remaining tickets will be redistributed to families requesting extra tickets. • • After Victoria Day, May 21, 2018, the “Request for extra tickets” form will open and families can request an additional two tickets. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come basis. • • After Monday, June 4, 2018, another two tickets can be requested and will be distributed as long as there are tickets remaining.
