A not-for-profit association Sole purpose: improving the delivery of

time-value publications 35 years old Full Members are the publishers of time-

value publications Associate Membership open to other

publishers, printers, alternate delivery companies and others interested in the delivery of publications

Who are the publication members? In 1971

started by three publishers who were concerned with the deterioration of delivery of their weekly publications.

In 2006 64 publications 20 million readers served 830 million pieces of periodicals class

mail Renewal forms and invoices account for

another 100+ million pieces of first class and standard mail each year
