Installation Details For Quest Discovery (Q105) 1 Construct base as per layout drawing ensuring the correct levels for safety surfacing. 2 Excavate 400mm x 400mm holes for Posts as in drawing P/QUDIS/02 to a depth of 500mm

from finished safety surfacing height. (All Posts have finished ground level marks) 3 Position the Posts as per drawing P/QUDIS/04.

All posts are numberered. (Tap holes with a 10mm tap and make sure bolts are only hand tight at this stage)

4 Fit the Posts in to the excavated holes and connect together using the various components. 5 Excavate 400mm x 400mm holes for events as in drawing P/QUDIS/03 to a depth of 500mm

from finished safety surfacing height. 6 Connect the events as per drawing P/QUDIS/04 using M10 x 30 resistorx & nylon washers. 7 When installing the Hang tough use drawing no. I/QUHT/01 8 Assemble all other items of equipment as drawing P/QUDIS/04 using M10 x 30 resistorx &

nylon washers. 9 Connect all ropes using the 8mm quick links & vandal pins. 10 Connect all chains using the 6.5mm quick links & vandal pins 11 Once all equipment is fitted check levels again, tighten all bolts and concrete in to the ground.
