Move and click your mouse over the arrow to the right of the “Status” box
This opens a drop down menu of choicesChoose the appropriate status for the action
Pending = the action has not happened yet Closed = the action is complete Closed with Follow Up Required = THIS action is
closed, but requires further action such as a follow up phone call or E-mail

If the Action is completed Move and click your mouse in the checkbox to the left
of the “Action Completed on” field Then record the date the action was completed by
clicking your mouse on the calendar to the right of the “Action Completed on” field and select the appropriate date that the action was completed
If the Action is NOT yet completed Leave both of these fields BLANK

Fill in the constituent’s phone number that was used for the Action ONLY IF THIS ACTION WAS A PHONE CALL
