PRODUCT INFORMATION

(1) Profi les and other stamped items (if labelled) are manufactured on the basis of current national and/or international standards. Other tolerance levels are only valid if agreed in writing.

(2)We reserve the right to make our profi les and stamped items from other materials whose characteristics at least meet the re-quirements of the standards.

(3)All profi les and stamped items are for use in normal, temperatu-re regulated, indoor areas, as defi ned by DIN EN 13964 tables 7 & 8 class B, or by DIN 18168 table 2 row 1.

(4) All the constructions mentioned in our catalogue must be in-stalled according to our fi tting instructions and test certifi cates. These are constructed in line with the requirements of the DIN standards they refer to. In addition, when fi tting, the manufac-turer’s instructions must be followed for other materials which we have not supplied. A warranty can only be given if all cons-truction elements are purchased from PROTEKTOR (insofar as we can supply them).

(5) We assume no liability for the stability of custom designs sup-plied according to customer requirements.

(6) We only manufacture special profi les or special accessories ac-cording to customer requirements subject to exclusion of liabili-ty with regards to protected rights of third parties.

(7)Any returns of fi xed length orders, special profi le and special accessory orders are excluded. For special parts, we reserve the right to deliver excess or short quantities of +/−10 %.

(8) For powder coated parts, order the total required quantity to prevent diff erences in coating appearance. There is no gua-rantee that the coating in repeat orders will appear exactly the same. Returns are not accepted.

(9) Special products, and products with special coatings requested by customers can only be manufactured on the basis of a written order and confi rmation, and after supply of the necessary dra-wings and material specifi cations in writing.

Bei den Balken-Nivellierwinkelprofi len handelt es sich um mehrfach abgewinkelte Profi le aus verzinktem Stahl-blech mit unterschiedlichen Systemlochungen. Sie wurden entwickelt, um zum Beispiel an alten unebenen Deckenholzbalken oder Dachsparren eine fl uchtgerechte Konstruktionsebene zu schaff en, auf deren Basis weitere Konstruktionen, wie Trockenbau-Bekleidungen oder -Unterdecken, aufgebaut werden können.Das volle Einsatzspektrum der Profi le kommt jedoch erst im Rahmen der Modernisierung und Sanierung speziell vor dem Hintergrund der Erfüllung von Anforderungen aus der Energieeinsparverordnung zum Tragen.Bei der Verwendung der Balken-Nivellierwinkelprofi le lässt sich mit sehr geringem Aufwand neben dem Ausgleichen von Unebenheiten in der Primär konstruktion auch zusätzlich mehr Aufbauhöhe für eine weitere Dämmstoffl age schaff en, so dass neben der Zwischensparrendämmung auch noch eine Unter sparrendämmung ermöglicht wird. Zu-sätzlich lässt sich durch die spezielle Formgebung eine Dampfbremsfolie (Dicke 150–180 μm) am Profi l befestigen.

Die besondere Profi lierung, die in die Profi le eingebrachten Lochungen und Stanzungen, sowie die im Profi l-schenkel eingeformte Klemmnut werden nachfolgend näher beschrieben:

Saving energy is an important factor when redeveloping, up-dating and renovating. More and more old buildings are being fitted with increased insulation and new internal floors and walls under sloping roofs.

Those carrying out the work repeatedly face the same problems. Inadequate rafter height that does not support the required thickness of insulation and means that under rafter insulation is needed. Uneven wooden beams or rafters make the installation of close-fitting planking on sloping roofs and wooden rafters a veritable jigsaw puzzle. OVERVIEW OF CORROSION PROTECTION STANDARDS

Providing highly resistant protection against corrosion will guarantee that metal substructures for drywall remain du-rable for a long period of time. All PROTEKTOR metal sub-structures are protected against corrosion in line with the industry norms and provided complete protection under nor-mal climatic conditions. When faced with higher demands, such as in exterior areas or swimming halls, additional coa-ting is needed. Protektor off ers profi le systems to meet the-se needs, including accessories conform to EN ISO 12944.

In order to ensure the necessary degree of safety, additional corrosion protection coating is applied at the factory, in line with EN 13964. The quality of the special coatings has been tested and confi rmed.
