Recruitment – emphasis on “welcome in”, orientation and mentoring

Fellowship – remains a core value

Leadership – we continue to develop leadership at Club and District level

District – we promote and support District 5020 events

Public Relations – effective PR program and continued support for excellent website

Fiscal Responsibility – well managed and able to support its service programs

Communications – members and the board are “in the loop” - members know and participate in the vision – info from RI flows easily to members
