• If required, Slots are issued for both ARR and DEP
• Available in CGNA within 05 days
• If a change is necessary it is possible to do it up to 04 hours in
the CGNA system

What to expect upon arrival
• Crew and passengers will go through Federal Police for passport inspection
• Brazilian Customs will issue a term of entry and temporary admission
(TEAT)
• This document has a expiration date that may differ from the one on the
AVANAC
What to expect on Departure
• The TEAT will be stamped by Customs Officer and the process will be
finalized in the system
• Federal police will check passports and will stamp the Gendec
• AIS authorities will require the presentation of the stamped Gendec and the
airport fee code (DAT)
