PKH has had an average turnover of more than RM100 millionperyear for thepast5financialyears. Ourshareholders' fund and total assets are RM25.7million and RM128 million respectively. For flexibility in machinery and equipment supply tothe construction site, PKH has its own fleet of heavy

PLB-KH Bina Sdn Bhd (“PKH/ the Company”) wasincorporated in Malaysia on 22 August 1985 as aprivate limited company. The Company is a whollysubsidiary of PLB Engineering Berhad; a public-listed company on Bursa Malaysia with a paid-upcapitalofRM91.3 million.

The principal activity of PKH is the construction ofbuildings and infrastructure in the industrial,commercial, hotel and residential sectors. PKHprovides designing, planning and managementsupport services in civil engineering, structural andpiling projects. The Company has also accumulatedexperience and expertise in the management ofTurnkeyprojects where we provide a comprehensivepackageofservicesindesign,constructionandprojectmanagement. To date, PKH has undertaken amultitude of construction projects of various designsandstructuresthroughoutthenation withanemphasisonindustrialbuildings.

The strong foundation and experience of PKH'smanagement team in the construction industry hasbeen honed for almost 30 years since 1973. Led byDato' Ong Choo Hoon, the Executive Chairman ofPKH andthefounder ofthecompany, the Company'sbusinesscommenced with steeland metal fabricationand later expanded into construction in 1976.Currently, the day to day operations, planning andstrategic management come under the purview ofDato'Dr.OngSengSoon,theManagingDirector,whohas propelled the Company to greater heights withconstructionastheprimecontributor.
