• Sunday School must be about evangelism!
• “Class leaders expect what they inspect.”
• Create a culture of invitation.
• Every leader and every class promotes outreach weekly not weakly.

ratio.– A healthy ratio of attendance to enrollment

• A basic understanding of the lesson is established prior to class.
• Preparation leads to greater participation.
• As members participate, the teacher sees what is really on their hearts.
