PJ Junior College is managed by Panchanan Jena Memorial Trust from the year

2004 which is named after Late Panchanan Jena, who had a vision to take education to

every child of Odisha. His perseverance and hard work have become the foundation for

the trust. The activities of the trust are now taken forward with the able stewardship of

its chairman Sri Pratap Chandra Jena an alumni of History Dept. of Utkal University.
