SUB: CLOSURE TRADING WINDOW

Pursuant to SEB! [Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE circular No.

LIST/COMP/0112019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and Company's Internal Code of procedure and

Conduct; All the Directors, KMP's , Designated Persons, connected persons and their immediate

relatives may deal in the shares of the company on any working day during the trading hours as

prescribed by the stock exchange (this shall be called "Trading window") except during the closure of

Trading Window.

The window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain close from 1* July, 2020 till

completion of 48 hours after declaration of the quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended 30"

June 2020.
