With this, Police Director General (PDG) Bartolome has issued and reiterated crime prevention and safety tips for the public to keep them aware of their security.

“Every member of the community plays a vital role in our aim to maintain peace and order and security in our country as the All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day nears. PRO 13 issues crime precaution for Undas 2012

PRAYER for the dead is an im-portant part of our customs and traditions. On today’s solemnity, our hearts are dilated to the di-mensions of heaven, exceeding

the limits of time and space. In preparation for the celebration of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’

Day, Police Regional Office (PRO) 13 has released the crime preven-tion tips as Caraganons prepare to visit public and private cemeteries to pay respect to their departed loved ones.

PRO 13 will be on full alert status and will dispatch personnel to the different places of convergence all over Caraga for safe travel and peaceful celebration of “Undas”.

Further, I am encouraging everyone to take precautionary mea-sures and be responsible enough to preempt the selfish motives of lawless ones. Further, the police force also needs the vital role of the community in the maintenance of peace and order.

Let us devote our collective efforts towards a peaceful celebration of All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day.

Camp Rafael C Rodriguez, Libertad, Butuan City - Two Toyota Hi-Ace vans were hired by armed group believed to be mem-bers of Communists-Terrorists at Langihan Terminal, Butuan City but were eventually carnapped at the mountainous area of Purok 4, Brgy. At 10:30AM, the Toyota Hi-Ace commuter van (temporary plate PCT 1112-35067) driven by Nelson Q. Mortos Jr.,and another Toyota Hi-Ace van (LJY 455) driven by Jerry M. Senon were hired by unidentified persons en route to Compostela Valley Province.
