Pilot Scholars Engineering E-Portfolios and Projects Submissions Instructions

1) From the Pilot Scholars homepage (https://pilotscholars.up.edu) click on the “Submit Research” link located under the Author Corner.

2) On the Submit Your Research page, scroll down and select the “Engineering E-Portfolios and Projects” link

3) From the Engineering E-Portfolio and Projects page, click on the “Submit Project” link under Author Corner

4) Log-in with your UP network user name and password.

5) Read the Submission Agreement form, check the agree box, and click continue. ***Note: You must check the “agree” box in order to proceed with your submission.

6) Filling out the submission form with your project information and submit project file. The following is an illustration of the form with additional notes on how to fill out the fields. *Note the fields marked in red are required.

Your name will auto populate in

this filed. Click on the icon to add additional author names.

Selected disciplines are pre-populated. Select and remove disciplines from the lists that best represents the project.

If there are additional project files, check the box here. You’ll be prompt to add these files after you submit the form

Click “Submit” to complete your submission
