Recommended Storage ConditionsWe recommend the following storage conditions so that your customers receive our products in the best possible condition.
All chilled fresh products should be kept refrigerated at 2 - 8°C. This has been a legal requirement since April 1991.
If products are sold hot they should be heated to, and maintained, at a temperature of not less than 63°C. It is a legal requirement that products sold as ‘hot’ should have an internal temperature higher than 63°C.
