5. Signed form verifying adherence to conditions governing communications with City staff prior to execution of ENA.

Scoring Criteria

1. Port staff determines which proposals meet MQs

2. Port staff commissions consultant analysis of financial and technical feasibility

3. Scoring Panel convenes, reviews proposals & consultant report, scores up to 3 sets of proposals - for projects at: • Piers 30-32 only (if any) • SWL 330 only (if any)• Both sites together (if any)

4. Port Commission mtg #1: Information Item Only• Reviews summaries of qualifying proposal• Reviews Scoring Panel results• Opportunity to hear from proposing teams

5. Port Commission mtg #2: Action Item• May authorize Port staff to enter exclusive negotiations with

recommended proposer(s)
