PHOTO SHOOT PLANNING
What emotional impact do you want your photography do have upon the reader? How?
I want my photography to make the reader want to buy it and read it because they are intrigued by who the model is and what their story is
What personnel do you need? Who are you going to photograph?
I do not need any other people apart from me and the model.
What props will you need?
I will not need any props as I do not want the reader to get distracted by anything so by not using props this eliminates the chance that they might be.
How are you going to emphasise colour? I will emphasise colour by using photo
shop to highlight certain colours and intensify others to really make it eye catching and stand out so that the reader wants to buy it.
Have you briefed your personnel/ models?
Yes. My model knows what I want and has agreed to do this for me and understands the image I have for the magazine and how I want them to be in the images.
What lighting will you need? Any other equipment?
I am using artificial lighting to light my images so I will use the built in flash on the camera. I will not need any other equipment.
Where will you shoot? Will you need a backdrop?
I will shoot anywhere with a blank white background as this is what I want for my images. I know of several locations where I can find one for example inside the Bede Building at the Bede Campus which is apart of Sunderland College.
Make-Up? Costume?
I will use ideas I collected in my pinterest mood boards. The makeup and costume my model will have will be inspiration I gathered from that.
