OUR PROMISE TO YOU

We believe there is no worth in gaining success in this

world if it means sacrificing your principles and beliefs to

achieve it. That’s why we stand firmly behind the quality of

what we create. Our fiberglass frame umbrellas come with

a 5-year, comprehensive warranty – the best available in

the industry.

WARRANTY DETAILS

Five-year warranty excludes furniture-grade, texoline,

polyester, or customer-provided fabrics; logo graphics and

silk screening; aluminum crank poles and wood-bottom

poles. Warranty does not apply to damages incurred from

acts of God, weather-related incidents, improper securing

or storing, vandalism, misuse or neglect. It is strongly

recommended to close umbrellas in windy conditions or

inclement weather in order to minimize damage.

RETURN INFORMATION

Contact your sales representative for repair or warranty

requests. All warranty claims require authorization from

a Fiberlite representative prior to shipment. Claims are

subject to inspection upon receipt. If warranted, Fiberlite

Umbrellas will pay return shipping fees and correct the

issue. If the claim is not covered, the customer will be

notified and billed for all repair and shipping charges.
