Phil Eitman: Caterer

Phil Eitman is a talented chef with years of experience in a variety of culinary practices. He can bake a gigantic dulce de leche, mix a dirty martini or roast an entire pig; and sometimes, he’ll do all three! He has decades of experience working in restaurants, however now offers catering services for weddings and private events across Salt Lake City.

Phil Eitman is a person who likes to get the most out of his seasons. That’s why he lives in Salt Lake City from every November to May, and then flies south to San Diego, California for the summer and early fall months. Phil Eitman actively lives the dream of any snow and water enthusiast, and annually gets the best of both worlds.

Phil Eitman has loved to snowboard his entire life, and comes back to Utah every winter to get some of the best powder and terrain in the Western Hemisphere. He loves living in Salt Lake City because he has such close proximity to Park City, Canyons, Snowbird and many more world-renown areas that he can access many of these mountains in less than 40 minutes.

Every summer, the beaches of San Diego, California call Phil Eitman’s name. He spends all winter snowboarding in Utah, but when the snow melts he is already putting a fresh layer of wax onto his surfboard. While down there, he holds surfing lessons in Pacific Beach as supplemental income, but he often takes trips to La Jolla and Tourmaline on his own watch.
