Tax partnersRichard Cornelisse

Robbert is a chartered accountant (CPA) with more than 30 years experience and worked at the Dutch tax authority and then moved to Shell where he had a lead role working on indirect tax process and technology across the group globally.

Richard holds a master degree in Tax Law from the University of Leiden and has more than 22 years of experience in Tax. He advises multinational businesses in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their Indirect Tax Function and Tax Control Framework.

Richard started his career working as (senior)manager at Arthur Andersen and then became a partner in EY where he led the indirect tax performance team for Netherlands and Belgium. He specializes in the tax aspects of financial transformations, shared service centre migration, and post merger integration work. Richard has authored many articles on Global Indirect Tax Management in specialized tax and finance literature.

Robbert has managed numerous global projects and has worked extensively in designing Sarbanes-Oxley control frameworks, implementation of multinational SAP systems, implementing global SAP/Sabrix implementations.

Ferry holds a master degree in applied mathematics and is a certified IT Auditor with more than 20 years of internal (IT) control experience. Ferry advises global and national organizations in identifying and managing their business and IT risks and opportunities and thereby enhancing the capacity to create value.

Ferry has extensive experience in assessing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls as part of compliance processes for financial reporting (Sox, JSox) as well as in developing roadmaps for aligning IT processes and internal controls with the business objectives. Ferry was an Executive Director at Deloitte in the IT audit and data analytics practice.

Uli holds a German master degree in industrial engineering. Uli Müller has over 16 years of consulting experience especially in managing projects within IT and finance area. His main business focus is finance transformation, planning and reporting.
