Because of weather, improper in-

stallation of door or window, poor

workmanship and loading

Remove the unless part of the

wall. The gap at the area need to

apply with cement mortar and

second apply with skim coat.

Paint the area.

STAINS

It caused by water penetration

or dampness of the wall. It also

caused by poor workmanship.

Stains will spread to the entire

surface of the wall. The colors

on the walls will become faded

and unsightly.

Located at store room wall.

Arrest moisture source. Prepare

and treat the surface. Repaint

with appropriate system.

PEELING

Peeling caused by dampness. The

dampness happens because this wall

is near a bathroom. Water will pene-

trate to wall and cause dampness. The

wall may have serious peeling defect

and look very yellowish also contribute

to fungi enlargement. Located at wall

near bathroom.

Treat the dampness with lubrication

coating first. Clean up the dampness

and faded area of the wall. Re-coat

and repainting the wall with under-

coat and topcoat.

DAMPNESS

It caused fungi and yellowish

the ceiling board. Occurs on

ceiling board because of the

water leakage from the roof. It

will collapse if no action to

repair it.

Located at ceiling at the living

room and wall in bathroom.

Repair the leakage pipe and

install new ceiling board with

paint. For the bathroom wall,

clean up the wall and apply

with wall tiles or painted with

waterproof paint.

CORROSSION

It is caused by hot and mild

weather that corrode the steel

grill. It will affect to human

health.

Located at door grill, window

grill all around the house

Brush with sandpaper and ap-

ply paint anti-corrosion to pro-

tect steel from future corrosion

problem again.

RUSTING

It is cause due to the moisture

in the kitchen such as water

and oil. It also cause by

corrosion of metal fitting in the

area.

Located at wall in bathroom,

kitchen floor tile and bathroom

door.

Clean up the rust tiles with anti-

rust liquid. Change for the new

tile if the tile cannot be re-

paired.

BROKEN/DAMAGE TILES

Caused by improper installation

and load carried. The broken

tiles are sharp and can harm

occupant and water can pen-

etrate easily into concrete slab.

Located at Bathroom floor

&wall (tiles), door, ceiling at

bedroom & internal area.

Make sure the toilet is dry and

remove all reminding broken

tiles. Apply waterproof lubrica-

tion coating to the floor and let

it dry. Replace broken tiles with

a new one and install.

BLISTERING

It cause by the dirty atmosphere

in the kitchen. The paint trap dirty

atmosphere such as oil and gas-

es then cause blistering on the

wall.

Remove old paint that effected,

sanding and scraping the sur-

face until smooth. Start repaint-

ing with undercoat, the premier

and the finishing paint.
