Appointed as Regional Manager for Scotland & The North of England (Site Business Operations) with full P&L accountability for 12 manufacturing sites in addition to operational support responsibility for a further 10 sites. Accountability for all regional activity, sales, marketing, PR, general management and all operational matters.

Responsibility & Achievements: Responsible for the development and delivery of a regional business strategy. Developed the first Remploy Call Centre business activity and Remploy CCTV Business Operation.

Manufacture, Sub-assembly & product manufacturing. Secured new business within new market sector and established new customer base for the site. Liaised with local Job Centres on recruitment and the development & progression of disabled people.
