The remaining eight 8 metresmust bemaintainedin a low fuel condition, that is, short grassmaybe considered"low fuel", wherethe plantation is adjacentto or adjoins a constructed,used surveyedroad or enjoys acommon boundary. Plantationsexceedingfifteen 15 hectaresto comply with the BushFires Board recommendation.
F. Fueland/or Gas Depots
In respectof land owned or occupiedby you on which is situatedany containernormally usedtocontainliquid or gasfuel, includingthe landon which anyrampor supportis constructed,you shallhavethe land clear of all flammable materials.

2 All vessels lying alongside wharves and trans-shipping
cargo to or from lighters or other vesselsshall be chargedthe
sameberthing dues in respect of that cargo as if the cargo hadbeenlandedon or taken off the wharves.
3 Subject to subregulation 4 when computing berthingdues for cargo carrying vessels,the officer in charge shall havethe option of proceeding on the basis of the tonne of 1 000kilograms, or the cubic metre, or the kilolitre, and the fractions oftheseunits shall be chargedon a pro rata basis.
4 Notwithstanding subregulation3 the officer in chargeshall compute berthing dues for the animals specified in thissubregulationin accordancewith the following -
a onebullock, cow, steer,heiferor similar animal one tonne;
b 3 calvesor foals onetonne;
c 15 sheep,pigs, goats or similaranimals onetonne.
5 A vessel shall be chargedat the rate of $1.00 for eachtonne/kilolitre of cargo loaded or discharged with a minimumchargeof $100.00per vessel.
6 A vessel which occupies a berth but does not load ordischargecargoshall pay -
a $1 300.00for the first day or part thereof;and
b $650.00 for every following 12 hour period or partthereof.
