persuasive texts introduction
TRANSCRIPT
When we write a persuasive text we try to
convince someone about something…
We try to make someone change their mind if
they think differently to us.
We try to make someone believe the same thing we do.
A persuasive text needs….
1) A title
4) A conclusion
3) Reasons
2) An introduction
* If you’re feeling really clever, use persuasive words.
Think about your writing as a salad sandwich….
1) Start with a slice of bread.
That’s your introduction. It is where you say what you believe.
3) Put on the last piece of bread.
That’s your conclusion. It is where you repeat what
you believe.
2) Put on the butter and the salads – the more, the better.
Each reason is another piece of salad.
If you’re feeling really clever, use persuasive words.
