SIX PBA Deposits
Keep Promises to Yourself Breaking up small promises – “I am going to get up at six tomorrow
5
morning” , “I’m going to get my assignment done right when I get home”.
Start with real small commitments (Rs 10) that you can complete and after building self-trust , go for more difficult deposits (Rs 100).
Do Small Acts of Kindness If you ever feel depressed, the best thing to do is do something to
others. Helping others is feeling wonderful yourself. You can’t be depressed
wile serving someone else.
Be Gentle with Yourself Being gentle means not expecting yourself to be perfect by
tomorrow morning. It means learning to laugh at the stupid things you do. Learning from
our mistakes instead of beat ourselves up.
SIX PBA Deposits
Be honest Synonyms for the word ‘Honest’ is incorruptible, moral, truth-loving,

real, good, genuine. It takes courage to be honest when people all around you are getting
away with cheating, lying to their parents and stealing at work.
Renew Yourself You have to take time for yourself, to renew and relax. If you don’t,
you’ll lose the joy of life. Few renewals – exercise, walk, running, dancing, playing musical
instrument, etc.,
Tap into your Talents Finding and then developing a talent can be one of the single
greatest deposits you can make. When think about talent, don’t think only high profile talents. Reading,
writing, speaking, being creative, music or leadership skills. It’s a form of self-expression.

I will cross my bridges as I come to them.
I will begin all challenges with optimism rather than I will begin all challenges with optimism, rather than doubt.

Uncovering Your Talents
An important part of writing a personal mission statement is discovering what you are good at.
Everyone has a talent – some like singing get lot of attraction and others may not be as attention grabbing.
Another truth is that we all blossom at different times.
After carving a beautiful sculpture, Michael Angelo told that the sculpture was already there in the granite and I just chiseled out the unwanted portions.
