Exam The examination of the course will consist

of an individually written essay with a maximum length of 5 standard pages.

The final grade will be based on the overall evaluation of the essay.

Det videre forløb Personal Leadership is the first step in the

Leadership Development Programme in the Bachelor of Leisure Management.

The development programme also consists of other Leadership courses, Organizational Theory, Human Resource Management
