Energy Wasters

Abraham Lincoln kept a written list of his worries as they arose. He then made an appointment with himself for 3pm every Friday when he would spend an hour dealing with the list and then put it away till the following week.

Make a list of your favourite places on this earth where you can feel at one with nature and plan to visit in the near future.

Involve your partner or soul-mate if he or she shares your life. Share ideals and dreams and review where you are going and how

you will arrive there together. Be supportive of your partners goals and ambitions. Encourage your children to dream big dreams. Support you friends in their dream and ambitions.

Making decisions influenced by the Heart.

Your Ego rationalises every decision from a variety of standpoints but mostly “ how will this effect my standing or position”.

Your Spirit through your heart will let you know deep inside if the decision is correct for you.

Whenever you make a choice “ask yourself what are the consequences of this choice you are making?”

Will it bring fulfilment and happiness to you and also to those who are effected by this choice?”

• Sit in a comfortable position with one hand on your chest area and the other on your belly

• Bring in awareness to your breath, exhaling through your mouth in a long slow breath, allow yourself to make sounds

• Feel your lungs contract as you breath in this manner, this allows your next inhalation to be deeper taking in more oxygen to feed your body

• If you like you can imagine a balloon in your belly that you want to fill with air, this image can help to increase your oxygen intake also

• Bring your awareness back to your hands, the one on your belly, will more then likely, have more movement then before

• You can relax your hands now onto your lap and continue with your breathing practice

Allow yourself a few minutes to recover and stand-up slowly.

The key to making a living doing what you were born to do.

“Whatever you do, do it with more energy and the willingness to discover, develop and give your gifts. Be willing to give more and simply be good at what you do. Build your self confidence. Choose to invest a lot of your time, energy and money in yourself, in your work and your ability to do your work.”

Nick Williams ( Author of The Work We Were Born To Do.)
