Performance-Based Assessments in eDoctrina A teachers guide to accessing exam rubrics and entering performance-based exam results into eDoctrina ACCESSING RUBRICS Performance-Based Exams To begin, click the Assessments button from the eDoctrina homepage Use the filters to locate the correct exam. Hint: Use as few filters as possible. If you are unable to locate the exam click the Reset filters button to start over. Type slo in the search field to filter the list of assessments quickly. Be patient it can take some time to load the exams. Click the Attachment link to download the rubric file ENTERING EXAM RESULTS Performance-Based Exams Click Teachers Dashboard to begin Entering Results Entering student scores starts with a two step process to (1) select the students and (2) select the exam to enter results for Use the filters to select students and then assessment If your screen is showing extra filters, click the Hide more filters button to hide the unnecessary filters Select your Course Hint: there may be more courses than shown here; an easy way to filter is to start typing the name of the course in the Search field (you can do this for all filters) Select your class or classes from the Class menu Hint: You can enter results for one class at a time, or any combination of multiple classes (of the same course) by selecting the desired class(es) Select your students Hint: to enter results for all students in the class/classes you selected leave All Students (the default value) selected Select your Subject This field is optional, but will narrow the list of Assessments if you use it. Hint: in the Search field, start typing the subject to quickly filter the list Select the Assessment Hint: in the Search field, start typing the exam name or exam number to quickly filter the list Once all filters are set, click the ENTER Student Responses button This will take you to the Teacher completed test page. Confirm that you will be entering results for the correct exam To begin entering results, select the first student in the roster by clicking on their name Enter the score for each criterion in the exam rubric by selecting a value from the drop-down menu Enter all scores for this student This number shows how many scores you entered for each student Select the next student and continue entering scores Shortcut: Clicking the All correct button will fill in the maximum score for all questions for the selected student Shortcut: Clicking the All wrong button will fill all scores with 0 for the selected student When you are finished, click the Save or Save & Close button To view results click the Class Summary button
