FAITH FORMATION NEWS
Photographs for First Holy Communion
For those parents that ordered photos of their children and youth, the photographer will call you or text you when the photos are ready.
Summer Mass attendance
Students that are returning for the second year of Forma-tion, please pick up a summer Mass attendance record.
Confirmation Practice, Confessions and photos
The second year Confirmation classes are still in session. Please check with Ms. Turner to see that you have all re-quired documents submitted. The Confirmation practice for students and their sponsors is scheduled for Wednesday, May 30 at 7 p.m. Confessions for the students and their sponsors are Saturday, May 26 at 4:30 p.m.
CONFIRMATION PHOTOGRAPHS
There will be a photographer at the Confirmation Mass. That photographer will be the only one permitted to take pic-tures of the students in order to keep order at the ceremony.
If you plan to order photos, please make sure to fill out the photo form and turn it in with the money to Ms. Turner or Miss Rodriguez.

PRAYING THE ROSARY
The month of May, is the month of our
Blessed Mother. Please pray the Rosary or
the Litany of Loreto each day. Join us Tues-
day through Friday before the start of the
week day Masses to pray the Rosary as well
as before the Saturday and Sunday 6 PM
Masses.
Parishioners, we are happy to announce the return of The Choice Wine. The Choice Wine is a program designed for cou-ples whom are married or are preparing for marriage. This is a Catholic based program created to enrich your marriage or better prepare you for marriage. It is a 9 week course. It con-sists of a series of videos and open discussions. During the 9 weeks, you will engage in conversations with other couples and private conversations with your significant other. Ses-sions last approximately 2 hours and refreshments are avail-able. If you are in need of a babysitter, please let us know be-forehand so that we can make arrangements with our SJN youth group. Classes will begin on Monday, July 9th at 6:30 p.m. We will plan a vow renewal Mass in September for those wishing to renew their wedding vows once they com-plete their 9 week course. The fee is $75.00 per couple to help cover the cost of the study guide, literature, candles and refreshments throughout the 9 weeks. We are now register-ing for this program. You do not need to be a registered pa-rishioner of St. John Neumann to attend this course.

ST. JOHN NEUMANN & COMMUNITY EVENTS
MEN’S ACTS RETREAT V
We would like to invite you to join us for a life-changing weekend. This experience will take
place June 14th-17th, 2018 at the Holy Spirit Retreat Center in Laredo, Tx. The retreat’s goals are to allow an opportunity for men to focus on their faith and its appli-cation during their daily lives, to build purpose in their prayer life, to increase their presence at the liturgy and to cultivate friendship among members of the church community. Men must be 21 years of age or older to attend this retreat. Applications are available at the entry of the church and bulletin board near the parish office. NOCTURNAL ADORATION
Our Nocturnal Adoration vigil for May will
take place this weekend, Saturday/Sunday–
May 19 & 20th. All parishioners are invited
to join in worship before the Blessed Sacrament.
Our Nocturnal Adoration reunion begins at 8:00 P.M.
Saturday, with Mass at 9:00 PM, and concludes with
praying of the Rosary of Our Blessed Virgin Mary, at
4:00 A.M. Sunday, May 20, 2018.
Nocturnal Adoration is open to everyone. Invite a
friend, family member, co-worker, or neighbor. We
look forward to seeing new worshippers join us in
prayer before the exposed Holy Eucharist.
