Prinsip uji
Pemisahan urea secara enzimatik berdasarkan reaksi berikut:

Ion natrium yang terbentuk bereaksi dengan salisilat dan hipoklorida hingga
berwarna hijau (2.2 dikarboksilindofenol).
Reagen
Reagen 1 (R1) mengandung buffer fosfat dengan pH 6.7, EDTA, natrium salisilat,
dan natrium nitroprusida. R2 mengandung urease, R3 mengandung natrium
hipoklorida dan natrium hidroksida, sedangkan R4 (standar) mengandung urea.

Analisis kreatinin serum ditentukan dengan kit Fluitest® Crea Kinetic
Biocon Jerman berdasarkan metode Jaffe.
Prinsip uji
Pengujian berdasarkan uji kinetik kolorimetrik dengan reaksi:
larutan alkali
kreatinin + asam pikrik kompleks kreatinin-asam
pikrik
Pada larutan alkali, kreatinin membentuk kompleks kuning-oranye dengan pikrat.
Intensitas warna secara langsung proporsional dengan konsentrasi kreatinin dan
dapat diukur secara fotometrik.
Reagen
Reagen 1 (R1) mengandung asam pikrik, R2 mengandung natrium hidroksida,
sedangkan R4 mengandung kreatinin.

Panjang gelombang : 492 nm (480-520 nm)
Suhu : +37oC
Kuvet kaca : 1 cm
Dipipet ke dalam kuvet Semi mikro
