I. SCOPE OF WORKS

We provide to you the best offer for the following: Design of LPG Storage Tank.

The detail of scope of work as the following:1. Scope of work:- Basic design of LPG storage tank (diameter, thickness, material, nozzle size,

etc).- Provide of storage tank general arrangement drawing.

2. Type of analysis: - Tank design based on API 650. 3. Design Limitation:- Static analysis only, we do not perform dynamic analysis.       - We do not provide or calculate the foundation of storage tank.

4. Minimum data required:a. Client specifications.b. Storage tank data (temperature, pressure, specific gravity liquid, no of nozzle, no

of manway, etc)c. Environmental data (wind load, seismic load, etc).d. Soil site data.

5. DurationWe are able to submit the report within 1 month after all minimum required data sent to us.

6. Price1. Basic design : Rp. 25.000.000,-2. General arrangement drawing : Rp. 5.000.000,-

Total price : Rp. 30.000.000,-

7. PAYMENT1. Down payment (30% payment) should be settled after PO

2. 1st payment (50% payment) should be settled after initial issue document sent3. 2nd payment (20% payment) should be settled, after one month from initial issue

8. TERMS & CONDITIONSIt is to note that we will work on "invisible condition", i.e that is our communications only by email. No person to person meeting attendance will be performed.
