MINIMUM PERSONAL AND EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR

MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE JACK UP PLATFORM

The minimum characteristics required for the Jack Up platform with its equipment for drilling, completion and work over of wells, facilities and fixtures, classified by ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) or other classification society belonging to the I. A. C. S. with the "Maltese Cross" A-1 as " Jack Up platform to drilling, completions and work over, not self-propelled, shall be as follows:

1 .- Jack-up type cantilever platform 70 ft (seventy feet) in the position of maximum displacement that supports at the center 1,500,000 lbs, and at 15 ft (fifteen feet) port or starboard 670,000 lb, with respect to the center of the well, independent legs for a nominal water depth of at least 400 ft (four hundred feet), assuming a height to the 20-3/4" well head of to 68 ft (sixty-eight feet) and a distance from the drill floor to sea level of 92 ft (ninety-two feet) and maximum winds of 100 knots and waves of 44 ft (forty-four feet).

12 .- The platform is furnished with hoses, flanges, fittings and lines of a length to ensure the supply of bulk materials (water, diesel, cement, barite, mud etc.) under a redundancy criteria to the platform from boats and vice-versa and mooring lines on both sides (port and starboard) of the platform.The lines must have a diameter of 3" for liquid materials (water, diesel) and 4" for bulk materials (cement, barite) and liquid (mud).

ACCOMODATIONS

16.- Accommodation capacity, air-conditioning for 45 (forty five) PEP persons (not including doctor's beds), plus the necessary for the CONTRACTOR’s personnel.

Of the sites considered for PEP, 1 (one) is to be used exclusively by the Contract Supervisor (RCSI), which is fixed during the lease term and may be occupied when the Supervisor is not on board the platform.The housing should have a voltage of 110 volts AC. In case it is of 220V AC, it must

31 .- The CONTRACTOR will provide the following personnel on board all the time and fluent in Spanish, otherwise they must have the necessary translators (all personnel listed below shall not undertake any other work other than their category which represents risk.)The following list provides the number of personnel for a single crew, so the CONTRACTOR must consider the reliefs for each category.

A) 1 (One) Representative of the CONTRACTOR on board (OIM or RM), he must have the profile of engineering, technical or practical with minimum experience of 5 (five) years in this type of drilling equipment, of which 2 (two) years must be in the category.

Personnel proposed for this category must be hired by the CONTRACTOR. In no case this will be contracted by a third party.
