Services to Designers Architects and engineers can outsource time consuming tasks to a reliable and competent partner like PEERconsult. We have the ability to help you present your Construction documents, design detailing including floor plans, roof plans, elevations, MEP plans, and details. Let us take your building projects from Conceptual documents to Construction Documents.

Construction Documents: Once the Architect and Owner are satisfied with the design drawings, we can prepare all associated documents prior of bidding / construction start. Typical construction documents include: - BOQ - Specifications - Cost estimate - Construction Contracts and

subcontracts - Instructions to tenderers - Tender package

Design development & detailing Details can be developed from schematic design, sketches, permit drawings, and designer’s draft specifications.

Note: The design detailing may be part of the construction documents, if requested by the client.

Design Coordination Inter-disciplinary design Coordination aims to identify, track and solve coordination issues during design phase before construction.

Peer Review We provide a second opinion and cross checking to help designers improve quality of construction documents and resolve potential construction problems.



Services To Contractors / Fabricators PEERconsult understands the engineering needs of contractors and empowers them with CAD and drafting outsourcing services that really work. We offer customized and flexible options for workflow integration, overlap hours, and real time communication. We custom-build a collaboration model that works for you. We specialize in providing CAD drawings and QS services to Contractors and Fabricators.

Shop Drawings Shop drawings use the information in design drawings in conjunction with the actual site measurement, material data sheets, manufacturer’s details, and applicable specifications and translate all these information to detailed drawings good for execution. The Shop Drawings therefore contain more details than the design Drawings. All shop drawings shall be coordinated with all related trades.

Fabrication Drawings Fabrication drawings are usually used for works that require fabrication prior of installation such as cut-to size marble, steel structure, precast paneling, balustrade, fixed furniture, etc..

As-built drawings Convert hand sketches and redline mark-up into as built drawings, all based on actual site measurements.

Quantity Surveying - Calculate and verify quantities. - Prepare cost estimates and

submit competitive tenders.

Constructability Review An independent review of construction documents by construction professionals to make certain that the work requirements are clear and well addressed.
