Pecém II resumed operations Rio de Janeiro, May 29, 2015 – ENEVA S.A. – In Judicial Recovery (“ENEVA” or “Company”) (BM&FBOVESPA: ENEV3, GDR I: ENEVY), in compliance with the Notice to the Market dated April 24, 2014, informs its shareholders and the market in general that Pecém II Thermal Power Plant (“Pecém II” or “Plant”), currently owned by the Company and E.ON, resumed its operations in May 21, 2015 after maintenance procedures. During the 38 days of outage of the Plant, it was carried out the removal of ash accumulated in its furnace and, in order to optimize downtime in 2015, it was concluded its biennial preventive maintenance stoppage, which was initially expected for August 2015. The reported generation interruption may impact the availability records of Pecém II of 2016 onwards, according to the 60-month rolling average availability calculation methodology in place for the Plant.     Rio de Janeiro, May 29, 2015 ENEVA S.A. In Judicial Recovery (ENEVA or Company)

    (BM&FBOVESPA: ENEV3, GDR I: ENEVY), in compliance with the Notice to the Market dated April 24, 2014,

    informs its shareholders and the market in general that Pecm II Thermal Power Plant (Pecm II or

    Plant), currently owned by the Company and E.ON, resumed its operations in May 21, 2015 after

    maintenance procedures.

    During the 38 days of outage of the Plant, it was carried out the removal of ash accumulated in its furnace

    and, in order to optimize downtime in 2015, it was concluded its biennial preventive maintenance stoppage,

    which was initially expected for August 2015.

    The reported generation interruption may impact the availability records of Pecm II of 2016 onwards,
