Join one of the FREE active after school clubs on offer. For example squash, rugby, netball, hockey, football or table tennis!!

If you usually travel to school by car ask to be dropped a bit further away from school so you can walk the last 5-10 minutes.

If you usually travel by bus, walk to catch it one stop further than your usual one.

54% of pupils reported eating crisps, sweets, chocolate and biscuits more than 3 times a week. You could try to reduce this to twice a week or less!
