Request For Quotation(RFQ) Renovations of Peace Corps Offices - RFQ 06/2019

Overseas Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Supplies/Services/Equipment Date: 16 July 2019 B. Peace Corps intends to offer a firm-fixed price contract for renovations of Peace Corps office located in Kasama house. The complete

statement of Work and specifications is listed in Attachment A of this RFQ. Interested vendors should submit a sealed quote for the services as described in this RFQ using the template provided. Quotes are due by the following address by 16:00 p.m. on 22nd July, 2019.

Any questions regarding the RFQ may be addressed to the same person. No phone inquiries will be accepted. Offers received after the closing date will not be accepted. Offers received after the closing date will not be accepted. A. Price/Period of Performance: Services Renovation works of Peace Corps office located in Kasama house. The works includes and are not limited to: Masonry, roof coverings, carpentry, joinery, ironmongery, metal works, plumbing, ceiling finishing electrical, glazing and painting. Bill of Quantities has been included in Attachment A. Supplier Unit Quotes shall be a Firm Fixed-Price, and inclusive of any administrative or overhead costs. Peace Corps is VAT exempt. Peace Corps has the right to remove specific tasks as needed in final award. C. Statement of Work/Specifications As stated in section A and Attachment A. Extended Warranties Offered by Supplier, if applicable

Minimum of six (6) months of defect liabilities period.

Payment will be made 30 days after completion of services or as agreed upon in contract negotiations. Favorable payment terms will be considered in the evaluation factors. H. Peace Corps Payment Schedule and Terms Supplier will receive payment in approximately 30 days after acceptance and receipt of valid/accurate invoice. I. Evaluation Factors: Award will be made after consideration of the following factors as marked below:
