Gathering employees data from client and enter it into the database. Data of employee will be three types• One time data - Company & Employee• Monthly Data• Data in between the months• Data Validation with the client and check if we have received the monthly data in complete.• Generate salary working and sent ‘Variance’ and ‘Monthly’ report to client for verification.

• Taking hard / soft copy of income declaration, from client of every

employee in his organization.• Appropriate deduction of TDS on salaries on monthly basis after

considering the declaration provided by the client. • Making previous month adjustment in TDS, if any • Filling of quarterly TDS e-return with documents of employees

provided in against his declaration.• Preparation and disbursement of Form 16.
