Background
• Payap University was founded in 1974, in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Payap International College is a part of the main University that specializes in the education of students in English and is known for having a diverse student body.
• Every year Payap University’s International College Student Union designs a new T-shirt. The student body of the international college has lots of fun with the T- shirt because they design their own; students vote for 2 to 3 designs that they like most.
Target Audience
• Primary: Payap International College Students of all facilities: IBM,IHM,EC, CIS, Masters in TESOL, Masters in Linguistics:
• Young Adults Ages: 18- 40 Men and Women that are single or married.
• Low to high middle income• Secondary : Friends and siblings of students ages: 18-25• Professors: Women and Men ages: 30 – 50

PR Strategy
• Get interest of PAYAP IC by working within local events such as wearing IC t- shirt and play music at Sunday market in night plaza,
-Let IC students wear PAYAP’s IC t- shirt when doing out reach in the community
- Provide information to DJ at PAYAP Radio section to talk about IC – t shirt once per day
-Showcase IC T- shirts from the students who design them, by exhibiting them in public places such as the library etc.
PR Strategy
• Set up booths and sell the t- shirt on special occasions such as Christmas, Payap International Day, Payap Student Assembly, and Graduation event
-Giving bonus to student who can sell the highest amount of t- shirt
• Build a good image of Payap by leading a social campaign which will bring positive, helpful influence to the public
