- 1 squares 5” x 5” for HST- 1 squares 4 1/2” x 4 1/2”- 6 squares 3” x 3” for HST- 3 squares 2 1/2” x 2 1/2”

BLOCK FabricREMEMBER the blocks are set ‘On Point’.

If using Directional fabric decide before cuttinghow that fabric will look ‘On Point’

Directions1) Using the 3” light, 3” light camping, and 3” light greenfabric squares make HSTs using method on last page.Make 8 units - trim to 2 1/2” square

2) Using the 3” light, 3” light camping, and 3” dark greenfabric squares make HSTs using method on last page.Make 8 units - trim to 2 1/2” square

3) Using the 5” light and 5” dark campingfabric squares make HSTs using method on last page.Make 2 units - trim to 4 1/2” squareONE UNIT is not used.

Tree Trunk Sides4) Following the diagram use the 4 1/2” light and 3” dark camping fabric.Draw a line on the back of the camping fabric.Sew ON the lineTrim away and press openMake 1 unitMeasures 4 1/2” square
