Hello Scouts and Leaders,
The President Ford Field Service Council is proud to pro-vide you with our FIRST EVER Island Adventure Passport and program!
Our Island Adventure Team Leader Bruce Emaus and his awesome staff have spent the last six months dedicating their time and talents into creating, for your enjoyment, a BEST BAR NONE Scouting experience.
Please use this Passport to help you maximize your adven-tures on and off Mackinac Island.
Do remember to wear your MRXVI/ Island Adventure wrist band at all times. It is your personal “ticket’ to everything that has been prepared for you.
Thank you for being a participant in our FIRST Island Ad-venture program! We are eager to make it yet another strong tradition of our Mackinac Rendezvous program. Your enjoyment and feedback will be most helpful to us as we build upon this new foundation.

Condensed Campground Rules
• It is expected that all Scouts and leaders will honor and live by the Scout Oath, Law and Outdoor Code.
• Trees, shrubs and plants will not be destroyed, damaged or removed.
• Ropes will not be attached to trees or shrubs for any pur-pose.
• Clotheslines must be between tent poles or other non natural growth.
• Campfires are permitted, but only in provided fire pans.
• Trash must be placed in provided containers in closed plastic bags and left in designated locations.
• Alcohol, firearms, paint ball guns, air guns, bows and arrows, slingshots or fireworks are NOT allowed.
• All electronic devices must be inaudible to others and the camp must be quiet during designated sleep hours.
• All camp gear must be on your designated campsite only.
• No Smoking except in designated areas.
• Stay off the gravel hills.
• Be respectful of others. We are sharing the campground with other non-Scout campers who are not part of Mackinac Rendezvous.
SCOUTS ALWAYS LEAVE AN AREA BETTER THAN THEY FOUND IT.

Island Adventure Program Reminders
Wrist Band: Make sure your color Wrist Band is visible and on your person at all times. Your color Wrist Band identifies you as an official participant of this Mackinac Rendezvous. It also serves as your admission to the ferry, Fort Mackinac, Fort Michilimackinac, Historic Mill Creek, and is your Saturday night meal ticket.
Do not lose your Wrist Band!
Crew Control: Participants of the Island Adventure program will be assigned to a crew with an adult advisor after check in to basecamp in the Mill Creek Campground. Each crew is a team and is to stay together during the transportation to and from the island, during free time, and the Island Adventure Challenge. Your crew advisor is responsible for the safety and conduct of it’s Scouts and Leaders.
Emergencies:
For a medical emergency report to the Mackinac Island Medical Center at 7474 Market Street, or call 911. Please advise medical officer Beth SCcsavnicki of any injury at 231.527.5653 or in person.
In addition immediately contact Head of Security, Ken Chudy, at (231) 206-5270.
