Sales Vice President Level• 80% Base Commission, Generational Overrides• Override = 20% on Reg. Leaders, 30% on Div. Leaders, 35% on Dist. Leaders, 40% on Sr. Reps, and 50% on Reps• Eligible for rewards, 2% *Profit Sharing Pool, and 2% *Ownership Pool• Must have six Division Leaders and one Regional Leader in your Base Shop• Must have $20,000 in weighted premium in two month period• Must have acceptable persistency, completed SVP agreement, Office, and be Full Time• Must Provide up-line with Replacement Leg - Choice of 1 Reg.
